Our world has been at peace for over 8 centuries. The monsters that used to plague our world were pushed back into the barrier between the light and the dark. A world that was filled with nothing but ice and evil. No warmth or happiness was ever found in the Ether.
I've lived alone for 7 centuries now. Waiting and watching the portal. I was the one that pushed back the evil. I am the only one that can open the portal.

When my love betrayed me for power I sent him away with all of the evil in the world so he could never attack us again. His power rivals my own. I should have known he would have done anything to get back to our world.
