Selena Gomez is the girlfriend of Zander Russel, who also happens to be a young gang member in the Red Stars - a high profile gang in the city of New York. Selena doesn't like the fact that Zander lives in this lifestyle and wishes that he'll reconsider what his future holds.
The Red Stars main rival gang are the Fifteenth Street Gang. After someone in the Fifteenth is murdered, the conclusion is that someone from the Red Stars is responsible. Justin Bieber, a 17 year-old member, takes matters into his own hands to make sure that vengeance will be served.
Justin decides to make his move on Selena, knowing very well that it'll drive Zander crazy - but will he be as insane as Justin can be?
