In a world were peace lies in the heart of Paris. And a German terrorist group secretly plans to become the rulers of this new world by turning the earth against itself. The Fuer believes there is still to much crime and take it upon themselves to clean civilization.
The problem with this is that the Arsenal -the starters of the organization- has decided that they will gather their army by kidnapping the worlds inhabitants. Many of witch dont know there past lives, or have grown up on the island.
One of witch being Marianna Pashina, a very famous Russian assassin. Brainwashed and clueless she escapes and recovers her memories. Out for revenge she wages war against The Fuer.
In order to try and stop this attempt, The Fuer send a very powerful girl named Irellia Swan -one of Arsenal's daughters- to capture Marianna. Little does she know what kind of trouble she is getting into.
To Marianna its all a game, she has nothing to lose and even if she had, she'd sacrifice it in a heartbeat. But to Irellia Swan she has to far to fall.
