Alpine, a mountain goat, is the guardian of the seasons. It is his responsibility to keep the balance of the four. He carries with him the spirits of the seasons on his horns, their appearance changing with the current corresponding season. Though, the familiar pattern of the changing of seasons come to an abrupt halt, and Alpine must set off on a journey to retrieve the spirits of the seasons.
