"What is this?!" his voiced echoed down the corridor. "How could this be?" The questions, the curiosity, and the fear chewed at his stomach. His mind spun as he tried to figure out why his heart ached. Why his mind raced about while his heart followed close behind in tempo. These thoughts could not be carried out. If they were, he'd be looked down upon. He'd be cast out more than he had ever been. Exiled.
He clenched a fist over his chest, tugging at the fabric of his shirt. It was cold beneath his fingers. Claws dug into the cloth, teasing to tear holes into the satin. "No. I will not let this get to me." his words sent a chillingly warm breath across his lips. Far into the shadows of his room, the thoughs brewed as he tore at his heart. "I'll be the worst I've been if thats what it takes to get these toxic feelings away."
A princess can be won. Through ways that seem in vain, the crown will be placed upon ones head. Who's head would have never imagined what terrors and treasures would come. But at what cost do they come.
