"I don't know what your talking about" Rachael said cautiously, hoping that he would realize that she wasn't lying to him, that she really was clueless.

Rachael looked around at the three of them with pleading eyes, silently begging her captors to believe her. She got cold stares in return.

Rachael yelped and shrink back at his hard, rough tone. For the first time in her life Rachael was whole heartedly scared shitless. She knew if she didn't pick her words right the consequences would be severe but what would she say she genuinely had no idea what Jordan was talking about.
