Katniss and Peeta have defeated the Capitol (along with the other rebels, of course). They have 2 children. Their daughter just turned 16, their son 12. Then the crazy President reinstates the Hunger Games. A rule or two were changed, though. First, 3 victors can win if they are from the same district. Second, 3 kids will be reaped from each district. Katniss and Peeta are forced to mentor, but what happens when they have to mentor both of their children, and Jack Odair, who is Finnick and Annie's son, and possibly send them off to their deaths?

The 76th Hunger Games: Jark's Story
The Capitol and President Snow may have been defeated, but it didn't stay that way for long. President Snow's granddaughter, Jezebel, became in charge after her grandfather's death. Her parents didn't survive the uprising. She remade the twelve districts, leaving thirteen to their own devices. The districts are more poverty ridden than before. She made the Hunger Games again so one boy and one girl from each of the twelve districts between the ages of 12 and 18 were chosen to fight to the death, with one person standing at the end.
