Patrick is a 16 year old girl that just transferred into East hills state high school and with her name and guyish appearance she mistaken for a guy and with her inability to talk in front of crowds aka her class now thinks she’s a guy. 
There any other thing you should know East hills high is known for its delinquents especially the famous four delinquents 
•	Jake Reilly, the always hungry, loud, muscles on muscles tough guy.

•	Davison, the small pretty boy, but whatever you do, don’t call him that to his face unless…Well, let’s just say he has a very bad reaction.


•	Bailey Morces, the cross dressing, outrageously flamboyant delinquent. He will unmercifully beat the living shit out of anyone that tries to saying anything against his girlish personality and cross-dressing.

And last but not least

•	Deric Waterson, the loner who beats the shit out of anyone who pisses him off.
But when bailey suddenly wanting to be her friend she tells him the truth her about her gender and he suggests a game of her having to pretend that she’s a  guy for one month and with her being to scared to say no she approves. Now this is when the fun begins.
Throw in an overprotective violent brother, four delinquents that wants to be her friend, a bad stutter problem and a past she’s trying get away from. Patrick is about to gain some unforgettable high school memories.
