While trying to capture some pictures of her ultimate favorite basketball player, Dale accidentally bumps into someone busy conversing on his phone. The impact made the phone fly and landed in the pail of dirty water. The guy wouldn't listen to her plead and swore to make her pay big for being so clumsy.
