5 years after the end of the Sisters project, Accelerator is working for the Dark Side of Academy City. Misaka Mikoto is the poster girl of the Light. However, Misaka's long-standing grudge against the Academy City's unscrupulous methods has gotten to boiling point. and Academy City has noticed. Despite her long service to the City, she is now deemed a threat, and Accelerator is ordered to put her away.
Five years before, he had been willing to kill her 128 times. But after she fought and lost against him twice, and then he himself had lost against a certain unfortunate boy, he had sworn never to hurt another Misaka Clone, ever again. Can he do his duty and slay the Original?
(Misaka Mikoto X Accelerator, with initial Misaka Mikoto X Kamijou Touma. Not a crack fic. Non-canon compliant, but will try to keep things as canon as possible; I've only completed the Railgun manga, and am working through the Accelerator one before going to the light novels, so some details may not be that accurate.)

In this story I'm aging the people of a certain scientific railgun by 1 year. But touma, index, motoharu, and other characters in toumas class are the same age as before. For plot reasons. Ben 10 moves to academy city to establish a plumber base in the futuristic city. And to add on to his list of problems Azmuth drops off three 5 year old girls with the minds and body's of 12 year olds who are also bens little sisters/clones. Mikoto misaka is the third strongest esper in academy city. She meets Ben after being saved from aliens by him. Not long after she starts to feel something for the strange and heroic boy.
