Around the World Fires

Fires started all around the world. Ohio, California, North Carolina, and New Hampshire had it at the worst. Even any rain couldn't do much to stop the fires. Something had mutated the fires, to the point where there was almost no way to stop the fires. Only a selected few, all of which would need magic, would be able to end the fires, end the destruction to the world.
Though everyone needs to remember, though the year is 2134, once the fires ended, the year would jump back to 2017. The world would be different from what they once knew.
What will they do when they fix the world, and change what ever it was that mutated the fire.
