2023 Story Collection
This is my challenge to myself to get better and more consistent at writing daily. Rules I will upload a part to a story every day. Some stories will be shorter than others and some may continue over multiple days, but I will upload everyday, no matter the quality. Consistency over perfection. Universe of Soulmates
This is a collection of short stories centered around soulmates. Each story has its own characters, with their own conflicts, romances, hopes, and dreams. Although these stories are in no way connected to each other, I'm hoping I can touch on a little bit of everyone's worlds--from heterosexual relationships to transgender people to non-binary gender identification and everything in between (bear with me, I will do my best to research these and if something is wrong let me know because I want to understand other people's worlds). The Phoenices Volume 1 - Expired
This is the novel I'm writing for National Novel Writing Month, I'm planning on it being approx. 50,000 words, that's 1,667 words per day. This project might continue on into December if it gets enough reads and support, that being a big if. If it's not getting the attention I want it to get for the publishing to be a good idea, then I won't work with it anymore or waste anymore time on a dying novel. You may have noticed I have changed the title, I'm planning on making this a short series, maybe four or five books, unless I can keep coming up with a plot that won't get boring after that. As of right now, I don't even know what's going to happen on the next page. I'm planning on publishing this soon, it'll be available on Amazon when I do if anyone wants to purchase it and help a girl out. I'll post about it when it is available, keep an eye out for notifications and updates on how the editing is coming. I'm still looking for a few people to give me constructive criticism on this piece, help me edit the original maybe, I just need some help with it because I've been staring at it for way too long. 30 Days, 30 Stories: A Writing Challenge
This is a 30 day writing challenge, a collection of short stories. I've always been a world class procrastinator. The goal of this challenge is to get me writing regularly and, hopefully, break me of the perfectionist thinking that often paralyses me. The Rules: 1. Write and publish 1 short story (flash fic, vignette) per day for 30 days. 2. Stories must be at least 100 words. 3. They can be of any genre or subject matter. Like a lot of writers I have notebooks lying around full of random story ideas. Most of my older ideas are for novels and screenplays. Been going thru my old ideas and picking out the ones I think lend themselves to the short story format. I'm also working on coming up with NEW ideas that I can use here. Never been good at using prompts, but this is a good opportunity to experiment with those. All the stories here are original works written specifically for this challenge. Illogies Un
A few seasons ago, I participated in NaNoWriMo with the goal of writing a story a day for the entire month of November. I was able to do this and ended up with well over 50,000 words for the month. This book ended up with around 43K words, but it is missing a few stories. I didn't want to put anything that goes with "Pearls of the Mother" in the "Illogies." Each day I sat down to write, I had a different mood or something else I was thinking about, and I let that guide my writing process. I think a couple of these may end up with follow-on stories or maybe even books of their own. I hope you enjoy these; I know I do.Complete
