Seventeen year old Claude is an orphan born after the world went M.A.D. and raised inside the crumbling grouping of buildings known to its inhabitants as Junction. Living under a tyrannical leader, she is destined to become someone's wife and do her part in the repopulation of the world. Only, strong-willed Claude wants neither.
When a sudden collapse takes out not only one of their largest medicine stores, but also mortally wounds Roy, her brother-in-law; only hours after he speaks out against their all-knowing leader, Seto, Claude begins to question Seto's true motives.
Driven by a promise made to Roy on his death bed and aided by her best friend Addison and the youngest Feral leader, Crue, Claude searches to uncover the real reason behind the collapse and the truth behind Seto's silken lies. All while trying to ensure her remaining family's safety and avenge her brother-in-law . Only time will tell if Claude will be ready to hear the truths that have lain buried beneath Seto's intricate web of deceit.
