The battle for Herringwood has been raging for almost an entire 3 years now. Allthough i've only been in the dirt for 2 months, I feel weary, as I have been fighting in the "hole that fills itself", but I cannot stop to rest. As our brilliant Commisar Cecil Archwick once said, "This is a war of intense deprevasion and starvation, the outcome of which will not be determined by whoever shall be left standing, but by he who can rationally think by the end of it." These are words as wise and true as the Elder Stone-readers. I hope I won't lose sanity by the end of the next volley. Farewell!

"Almost Green"
Strands of your mind cling together like web to a slippery leaf bathed in the morning dew. You have seen both heaven and hell, witnessed the atrocities of war firsthand, and imagined a better life in the deepest, most intimate corners of your dreaming spirit. The wishes for peace and certainty you have once so desperately longed for, now lay trampled underneath the might of your mind's vivid horrors. What was once so bright and lively, now cowers in fear, clinging to gone memories like a shipwreck survivor to some lowly piece of driftwood. From the depths of hell, you arrived victorious, grasping the laurel wreath high above your head. Unrecognizable, with your empty eyes telling a story of innocence brutally taken away from the child curling in shame in the depths of your empty soul. Almost green you are, curly head, having grown up with a rifle by your bedside table, never knowing peace and quiet. Out of the pan that was the Kazdel Civil War and into the scorching flames of Lungmen, where life flows by on its own accord, here, you must learn to live once more. So put on your best facade, Let the reuniting trumpets ring a wild, And allow the city to swallow you whole. Here we are, a continuation of my previous work "Goodbye Curly Head", which sprawled into quite the epistle (but it wasn't really a letter, it's just long :P). Summarized in the most basic way possible, it's a story about a twenty-year-old Kazdel Civil War veteran who goes to Lungmen and has some troubles acclimating to the steady life presented before him. Sprinkle in a too-good-to-be-true offer and a freshly established logistics company, and you get Andy trying to make it big for as long as his deteriorating mental state lets him. I'd say it works as a standalone story for anyone who doesn't want to bother reading the first part. For now, at least. Peace and certainty is all that you have ever longed for, little angel. A bright, stable future. A roof without holes above thy head. Acknowledgement and recognition of thy existence, feverish dreams of grandeur. Greed born from yearning, treacherous vines of rapacity taint your innocent soul. You seek a future that does not exist. Let thy fingers hold the fragile line between dream and nightmare. Let thy light navigate the path. Shall thee give in and falter, O' land of old, envelop his body in thy unending flame of chaos. Spit out nothing but an empty husk, the remnants of a smile once so bright. Shall thee prevail, O', Great Kazdel, I ask of you, the impossible - take mercy on the innocent. It's a little story "about a young, dumb sankta who's been dealt a bad hand at life, looking for his place in all this mess. The pointless search for a better future leads him far, far away from home, to a country forever ravaged by war and misery - Kazdel, the promised land where devils roam free and peace feels out of place." Pike and dragon fire is my fictional world inspired by the period early modern period,the Renaissance and the age of pike and shotte. The continent of erush is still realing from the effects of the great blight a 100 years previously from the current times.With a 70 Percent of the populous falling to the disease the warmongering of the contients and its kingdoms came to a screeching holt as a time of mass peace was declared by the church of the one.During this time of great peace a dedication of wealth and mind could be taken away from the arts of war and into the literal arts as the continent under went a great change in all senses.Architecture,Art,music,Fashion,Medicine and engineering it took a great step forward from the previous age.But with this time as well so did the advancement of arms and tactics across the contient as the advancement of arms tactics progressed steadily into its modern tactics of pike and Shotte.The peace afforded by the blight is seemingly coming to its end as great as a age of new political and religious between the Cavonist church of the one and the rising of pratonist nations has divided the continent into two great allegiances.The Church of the one supported "holy alliance" or sometimes referred to as the imperials lead in the backgrounds by the expansive and powerful Hielscher family.And on the other side of the conflict the pratonist league or sometimes nicknamed "The god gifted rebels" made up of a combined force of pratonist nations and other offshoots of pratonist ideals.The continent after a age of peace is to be thrown into the dragon fire once again with a new age of warfare and plenty of figures looking to make there mark on the history of erush.May the ones blessings be upon as all. Earth has Fallen, it's as simple as it states. Ten years prior, They came. The Tephra, came to Earth intending to take over the life baring Planet. A humanoid species more advanced in weaponry, skills and knowledge than the Human race; looked to make it their home. Countries leaders refused to allow such a thing to happen and war soon ensued. Countless lives wasted to the attack when peace and coexistence could have been an option. Human's, losing, resorted to no other option then chemical warfare. Lieth was born in Scottland and migrated to America as a child when she was ten years old, Ten years before the invasion. She was now 30yrs old. The chemical used in the war completely altered her genetic makeup. She stopped growing upon becoming infected and the effects were permanent. The chemical also caused her hair roots to stain a deep green hue giving her a more inhuman hair color. Her eyes defined her the most. They were a brilliant shade of Ember, like flames in a fire. Kaija was Heir to his Father's Reine. The Tephra were a very tall, fit, Agile and fast, clearly built for hunting. They also stopped aging once they hit adult-hood. Dying only due to sickness, accidents or being slain. Kai's hope was to hopefully unite both races, by force if needed. Kai had long white hair that went past his hips. His skin was a tannish cream tone, a scar over his left eye. He had an agile black tail that was adorned in gold armor. Long pointed elf-like ears. He wore black armor with gold trimming that was protective against attacks of any kind, but was very light making it easy for him to move around. Armored boots adorned with climbing spikes and gloves that exposed his razor-sharp claws. The most distinctive feature of all was the golden skill mask he wore that shown is crystalline blue hues. Collide: Two Realities Become One
March 17, 2023.. The day of reckoning that has fallen into this world, whoever created this event surely wants our existence to cease.. I dont know who they are, I don't know what they are, they're creatures that look like humans. But they tamed steel itself forging iron warships that radiates fear and destruction, war machines unlike any other. Just.. who are they? Are they even human.. I cant explain what sort of atrocities have i seen, men die gruesomely, more violent than any war i have ever witnessed. Gore flies out of the mangled corpses of the fallen, and yet despite all dead the destruction still reigns, its horrifying to say the least.. i fear that whoever awakened this sleeping giant.. has filled it.. with terrible.. terrible.. resolve.. By the gods.. make my soul rest easy from this hell on earth, as i take account for my sins... We need the war to end, before the war will end us..
