It is based on real life events written by a domestic abuse survivor who huge love for her favorite anime TV and mangas. It's a fanfiction Tokyo Ghoul themed, kind of a Handmaid's Tale themed involving dystopia. While most could have been cared for and nurtured until they grew into fully fledged books, they have only matured halfway, creating a efficient way to get stuck in your head.
