Hydra Shadow Academy- a school for 'freaks of nature' as it were protected by the government. When Aura arrives there, she discovers she's different from the others. Even for a monster! She's placed in a house with creatures she doesn't identify with and sucks up all the bullying about not fitting in and her wanting to help the world with the abilities these creatures possess.
But what happens when the government protection system is breached, what'll happen to the monsters there? Despite Aura's belief of using their abilities to help the outside world, she wants to stop the Ordinaries before they find out too much. But can she when the instinct of her species is to look out only for herself?
