The world has gone into total chaos. After World War III leaves so many countries devastated, The Administration decided to step in and basically control the world. People have been split into social groups: the Uppers and the Lowers. Both of those groups are split into two, the Lower-Up and the Upper-Low. Kellin Quinn's family is lucky enough to be an Upper family, the family of best wealth and importance. Kellin's lived a very sheltered life, and he is well-respected since his father works for The Administration and is one of the primary world leaders.
World travels fast of The Administration Leader's son being an Upper. Most Lowers and Upper-Lows would kill for a chance to get their hands on him and gain some social status. Vic Fuentes, a Lower so low he's had to do terrible things to keep himself and his brother alive, is one of the few ambitious enough to try. But can he resist his animalistic urges?
