Our main character, Ethan Nestor, lives under a dictatorship. And a very strict one at that.
Each and every citizen has a very limited set of rights. And so, it's normal that they are very attached to them. One of those rights concerns one's hair color. It goes this way : "You cannot discriminate one based on one's hair color as long as it is the color that they were born with."
Because in this world, people are born with either Brown or Blond hair.
However, how is our Blue-haired protagonist supposed to live in this universe?
