60% of teens from the ages 15-19 have had sex. There were 305,420 babies born to American Teenagers in this age range in the year 2013. I'll be generous and take off 10,000 for twins. That leaves 295,420 Teen girls with a child. Consider each of those girls has three good and close friends. You have 886,260 friends who are the sideline helpers. I'm saying that half the fathers of the children actually stay around in some way...
So, that's almost 1,329,390 lives effected in one year by just the age group of 15-19.
This story will tell first hand the view of the friends through the pregnancy. It will tell the story of the friends who have to watch and do what they can. And pray everything works out for the struggling teen.
