"Bye Honey......." my mom said with tears in her eyes. "Mom I thought I just herd a knock". I herd it again and again 1,2..3,4,5,6,7,8,9...............then it stopped. Me and my mom ran up stairs. Before I got under my bed I herd a loud noise. BOO-OM............BOOM I herd my dog bark and then I heard my front door open. A couple minutes later I heard the man walk slowly up the stairs.

Bang! I sat bolt upright. Did I imagine that? That noise? What was it? I clambered out of bed and almost fell down the stairs with the panic that had set in.
