Esme's melody ceases, and she checks his scar before backing away. There's a pause, " Why didn't you come for me? " She asks coldly, staring at the floor without meeting his gaze. " Excuse me? " He was very much aware of what she was referring to, but kept his composure, even though that question hurt him deeply. " Don't play coy with me, you and I both know my memory has been restored. Why didn't you come for me when you died?! Did our lives mean nothing to you? " He takes a sharp inhale and looks away, " Of course, our lives meant something to me. " Esme's eyes glow brightly and her fangs drop from her mouth in obvious anger, " Then why didn't you come for me here?! Why leave me alone all this time?! " " Why?! You really have to ask me that?! " He shouts, his eyes burning with all of hell within them. ~ **SEQUEL TO 'A Siren's Spell' Human Alastor Fanfiction, PLEASE READ THAT BOOK FIRST* * TRIGGER WARNING: This story has themes of grief, loss, domestic abuse, and more! Everything I went through was worth it. "Don't worry, mommy's coming," I said in a baby voice hoping to comfort him even though he wasn't crying. My heart dropped in my chest when I saw it was empty. No baby in sight. "Gray!," I screamed loudly like I was getting stabbed over and over again. He ran into the nursery, scanning the area for any danger. "He's gone! Our baby's gone!" His eyebrows furrowed as his eyes softened realising what happened. Just as quick as it came, it vanished and he was back with the icy look in his eye. The one he had when we first met. For a moment, I was afraid of him going back to his old self before dismissing that thought and focusing on my missing newborn son. Don't worry, I'm coming for you, my little bubba... LOLA IS DEAD [ COMPLETED ]

17 parts Complete

Lola died in a car accident. She found herself in the afterlife, in the middle of a raging war that's been happening for thousands of years between the Darkling Demons and the Purgatory warriors called the Guardians of Zion. The Angels were real and even God was real - she discovered. But then so were the demons. Lola was the only one who have seen the afterlife and told the tale. She saw how the Guardians and the Darklings fought for every soul that entered the Purgatory. The Darklings wanted to enslave them and the Guardians were doing their best to save them so the souls could pass the judgement and continued their journey to the next level of the Afterlife. But the Darklings were planning to overrun the only city in Purgatory where all the souls resided waiting for judgement and planted someone to steal the city's protection - the Heavenly Salve of Archangel Raphael. When the opportunity came to go back to the living world and helped the Guardians to recover the relic that kept the Iduri City protected, Lola jumped at the chance. She wanted to be in the vibrant world of the living and to see her family once again, to see the boy she liked and to be with her friends. But going back to the living meant one thing - she would leave the one boy he met in the afterlife who'd been there to keep her safe all the time. Would Lola give HIM up? Find out!
