It took me a long time to reach this point. I managed to gather a group of people who didn’t think I was crazy. This house had many secrets, only one of which I knew. My best friend and I were the only ones that lived in this old Victorian house out on a farm. We were opposites. She with her straight hair, me with my wavy hair. I was adventurous, but socially awkward, she preferred exploring known land and malls. She didn’t truly believe me, but has stuck by my side like the awesome friend she is. What would I do without her?

There's not a lot that can freak me out in this world. My life used to be pretty boring. Everything was average. Normal family, normal looks, normal house, normal job, normal life. The only non-boring aspect of my life was my best friend which was only because she always managed to mess it up somehow. I didn't really mind much because it kept things interesting.
