I don't really write diaries but I think I need this book to help me vent out my anger,sadness and stress. Life goes out great for you sometimes but there are also times when it's just shit to be alive. I would love to share my ways on how I managed to great through all of my good and hard times. The key factors are yourself, family and friends.
