Si Adel ang kaisa-isang anak ng mag-asawang si Adelaide at Archel Amadaché. Nagmula sa marangyang pamilya at naninirahan sa isang napakalawak na Palasyo. Si Adel ay may napakagandang mukha, napakaamong itsura, napakabuting ugali, subalit sa likod ng kaniyang katangian ay isa itong kadiliman. Walang bahid ng kalayaan, at halos parang ikinukulong sa kulungan. 

Nakatagpo siya ng isang matipunong binata, na nakapagbago ng kanyang 'daily routine' sa buhay.  Akala niya'y hinding hindi siya makakaranas ng kalayaan ngunit nang matagpuan niya na ang isang binata ay nabuksan ang susi ng tunay na kaginhawaan.

"I will come back for you." He spoke so deeply and almost sounded as if he were a king himself. At his promise, the Princess shivered and turned her head away. When the young Princess, heard the slamming of the door she could no longer keep in her screams and tears. Her tear drops mixed in with the bloody floor beneath her. Legend says, the young Princess made a promise to her parents that day, she would conquer and claim the lives of the men that did this. She would bring them to their knees and leave them on the floor bleeding out, as they had left her parents. Vengeance. She thought to herself. Such a beautiful word.

When he dismissed the woman again, the woman's appearance changed only to reveal a beautiful enchantress. Sean begged for forgiveness but it was to late, for the enchantress has only seen selfishness in Sean's heart. As punishment, she turned him into a hideous demon and placed a spell on the castle and all who lived there. As days lead into years, Sean and his servants were forgotten by the world for the enchantress erased all memory of them. And the rose the enchantress gave Sean was truly a enchanted rose. If he could learn to love another, (a male or female), and earn their love in return before the last petal falls, the curse will be broken. If not, Sean will remain a demon, for all time. The prince had fell into disrepair, for who could learn...to love a demon?

One night, during one of the Prince's courting events - a special type of ball, where dozens of young woman would dress up and dance with the prince, in an attempt to win over his heart and become queen to the Kingdom - An uninvited guest arrived. It was a poor, shivering, elderly woman seeking shelter from the bitter winter storm. Repulsed by her haggard appearance, the prince dismissed the woman. As a gift, the old woman offered the prince a single rose, but when he dismissed her again, the woman's outer appearance melted away. Only to reveal a beautiful enchantress. The prince begged for forgiveness, but it was too late - for she could see there was no love in his heart. The enchantress cursed the prince, transforming him into a hideous beast - and if he was unable to learn to love another, and earn their love in return by the time the last petal from the rose she offered had fallen, he would remain a beast forever. But the enchantress also placed the curse upon his innocent castle staff, who were transformed into antiques; suffering for the prince's mistake(s) in small, rusting, metallic bodies. Life was hard enough for the staff, but now - it was unbearable. ~ This story will go through the staff's struggles before, DURING, and after they were cursed. It will also fill plot holes and extend the ending of Beauty And The Beast. A majority of this story is a prequel, and will fall into a bit of a sequel as well, so I hope you enjoy reading it as much as I enjoyed writing it!
