Lizzie Bird is only eighteen. But she has blood on her hands. She strangled her boyfriend and is now paying the price. But prison isn't what she expected when she's thrown in a special murder compound and finds that she is not alone in her situation. With her new friends by her side she discovers that some murders aren't in fact crimes and that if she is to survive her new reality she must believe in her own kind.

But when she is captured by Claudia and her secret organisation and is thrown into a mission she knows she can accomplish her life changes. With a new identity and a reason to kill she should see this as an oppurtunity for her freedom. Lizzie is ready to prove herself, but with a everyone lying to her, crazy things happening around her and in her head and the secret she doesn't know she's keeping,
