About a year ago, I made a story called 'sky's shadow' I had very few ideas and it felt like the characters emotions and the way they acted didn't change one bit which makes me feel upset that it wasn't good enough so, I'll be making the first story all over again to make it better//
Sky /plant/ was taken away at the age of 5 from her village in Eglends and taken to a school that would teach her to use her weird abilities for good use like being a assassin or guard for a kingdom.
Though sky has no true clue what her 'ability' is, there is a darker force that may ruin her chances in leaving the school...or survival

The Moonlight on my Face
Sky grew up in an underground city. The whole city was in fear of a war happening, which is the reason for the life the people lived underground. The only way the people can breathe fresh oxygen is by a hole in a hidden room that leads up to the surface. The hole and the room are guarded by burly guards, and only people over the age of eighteen are allowed to leave the underground city to collect resources. Sky dislikes these arrangements, however. She wants to see the world with her own eyes before she reaches the age of eighteen. Her plan works, but a few minutes after she goes outside, she gets kidnapped. Is it safe for Sky to escape and return home? Or does she have to stay trapped forever?Compleet

This story is about a 16 year old girl named Melody Swift. Ever since her mother died, her so-called "father" started abusing her. Kids at school are cruel, they bully her brutally just because she's different. She simply waits for everything to get better, after all what's the point in trying when the world will do whatever they can to drag you down. Her only escape from this twisted reality is a creature named Shadow. A terrifying creature that is somehow more humane than the so-called humans around her. Shadow could easily take all her problems away, but Melody refuses to take the easy way out. That is, until she just couldn't take it anymore, she takes Shadow's offer and soon her life got better. Her bullies started disappearing, showing up dead in the woods. Their bodies badly mutilated, almost unrecognizable. Life at school started getting better, she finally had human friends and even a boyfriend. Her "father" was found dead at her house. The torture had finally ended. Unfortunately this story doesn't have a happy ending, after all karma always strikes back.Compleet

So this is the first story I've written, so please go easy on me with criticisms because I'm kind of terrified about this. I'm probably going to end up changing the title at some point when I'm certain of how the story is going to go. And I'm awful at descriptions, but here goes xD Amy discovered that she had fiery powers at the age of 20, when she was in her first life threatening situation. Since then, she has been using them to fight crime in her city as the Ember. Then, a man saves her life, and she discovers that she isn't the only one struggling with powers. When somebody from her dark past returns to her life, Amy must learn to trust herself and face her fears. Trigger Warning! This story features flashbacks of a past abusive relationship, so if that's something that you're not comfortable with, please don't read! This is my first story, and I'm writing this mostly for fun, so don't get mad if it's not on par with all these gods of writing. Meet Angel, a girl just trying to get by in this living torture she calls a life. Being abused by her father, and living life in constant fear, she does her best to get by. What happenes when she tries to get away from all the hardship, but only ends up finding more? And maybe even finding someone that can save her from her own misserable life. Note from future self: This story is extremely cringy and only gets worse as it goes on. When I was writing it there was a whole bunch of other stuff going on so I was rushing away too much to actually get it done. Content warning: Contains graphic descriptions and extreme violence. This is my first attempt at ever writing something this long after being pressured into it by a couple friends saying I should try it since they really liked my short stories. This is meant to be a start of an introduction of six characters of which I kind of wish to build a story around. I also kind of wrote this in an anime style because I feel you can do more with anime than regular story characters. This origin is about a young man who was taken from his home at the age of three after his parents were supposedly killed. He was always treated special by the organizations leader but because of this he was outcast-ed by his fellow trainees. At the point where this story begins proper, he is given a task that hasn't been done to his knowledge at the age of fourteen.
