III Is born in the woods, and as a young pup, her parents and home are burned down with fire. She ran to the sea, and The Mermaids adopt her, and give her the power to change from anthro to feral, and turn her paw pads icy blue. The birds become her friends, and grant her the power of Navigation. She is raised by the wind and sea and learns the language of nature. But soon the Earth shakes, and she is seperated from the small world she knew. The Sea. Left with only part of her, The Wind, she sets out on a journey to go back to her home.

I of course would suggest you read it and pause at the point I marked to read "Markie" but the choice is yours. Story excerpt "Come on Ryan leave me alone!" A boy yells. "You started it Francis... come on pup don't start that with me... I don't have time for this! GO HOME!" I felt the command. I see the little 8 year old boy from last night run away crying, one of Ruby's cousins. When I turn the corner I see a boy about 20 and am hit with an overpowering smell something like fresh cut wood and autumn leaves. It is amazing. I see the guy turn towards me and duck behind the house I am standing by before he sees me. Nope! Not him! Not happening! I hear footsteps coming towards me and run. Into the woods I find a pine tree. Perfect! Pine trees are great hiding places. The branches hide you visually and the smell masks your scent. I climb up as quickly as I can and watch the guy approaching. He circles my tree looking around but eventually gives up and goes back towards the houses. "Mate!" My wolf happily purs. "Not him!" I respond. "Denial." She says. "Refusal." I counter and she growls at me. "You will NOT reject him!" She orders. "He is a bully!" "He is mate!" "He commanded that kid when he could have just talked to him! He is a bully with no patience!" "He is an Alpha!" She purrs with pride at his rank. I don't care! "I don't want him!" "The one you want isn't mate. He isn't yours. He isn't interested... I want mate!" "No." I block her out and climb down the tree.Complete
A Helping Hand
The leaves waving in the wind, birds singing their beautiful songs, the distant sound of water running through the forest. Living in a dense forest has been Jason's dream place to live since he was little. Although he lived on a farm in Nebraska. He enjoyed the outdoors, the only form of nature he got when living in Nebraska was when he visited the small forests near the Platte River and frequent visits to the Nebraska National Forests near the border of South Dakota. Jason has decided to move to the Chugach Forest within the state of Alaska. Jason has been living there for 2 years. Living deep in the forest but not too far from civilization, he has a good amount of privacy. One day, he decides to go out on a small camping trip to get some deer. On his trip, however, he runs into a pack of wolves, but not just any regular wolves, the group of them turned out to be anthropomorphic wolves, being able to shift into their anthro forms as well as their normal wolf forms. The wolves confront Jason and take him to their Alpha because he is living in their territory. Jason, not wanting to get on the wrong side of the pack, give the deer to them as a peace offering. The Alpha, considerate of Jason's kindness, offers a deal with him. Jason can stay in their territory but in return, he must help in their hunts. Follow Jason on his journey with these anthro wolves as he makes connections with the entire pack and becomes great friends with the Alpha.
