Bría Rós serves half of her prison sentence when she is released on parole for good behaviour. Free on the streets of Gotham City, Bría discovers that she does not have anyone left to support her, to help her get back on her feet, and no one wants to hire her for the crime she committed.

When she hears rumours of work in the sewers, Bría reluctantly finds her way down there, hoping her skills as an ex-paramedic can help keep her afloat.
