Cassandra woke to a loud, threatening banging noise that made her heart jump out of her chest, "Who is it?" she exclaimed. She then realized she was not in her home anymore. The wall surrounding her were rough and there was no light source. She realized that she was trapped inside of something- and it wasn't what she remembered it was... Her heart began to thump. She grabbed a large stone that had come loose from the wall surrounding her and began hacking at the rough surface. Suddenly, a bright beam of light shot through the wall where she had been hitting it. She had broken through! Cassandra widened the hole and crawled through. All around her, there was large brown walls rising up above her head, "Where am I?" She asked herself. The bright sky was above her. Suddenly, greif struck her. She had fallen! Her parents and family were still probably up above, looking down at her right now. Tears streamed down her face as she wept. Her home-land was above her...

I woke up in a hospital bed, the pain I was feeling was intense. All I remember was practicing gymnastics and then well everything went black. And now the only things I hear are the sound of my heart monitor and the slow dripping of the IV into my arm. The air in the room felt stale, the silence was so "loud" I felt like I could hear my own heart beat. I heard I light knock on the door to my room, the doctor walked in, kind of solemn looking. I got worried, I immediately asked him "Hi doctor, is there something wrong?" " With you? No, your vitals seems stable. But I thought that you should be aware of this now." "Be aware of what?" "It's about your parents." "What about them are they okay?" "No, not exactly. They were in a car accident a couple of days ago, and your father flew through the windshield and broke his leg. Your mother is in a coma and isn't waking up. They are both located at Helena Hospital." This is a story about a girl named Jessica White who is 17 yrs. old and has been a gymnast since she was four. While practicing one day she fell off a high beam and was knocked unconscious, while in the hospital she is informed her parents were in terrible car accident and her mother is now in a coma. Throughout the story Jessica's family breaks, her friendships grow, her trust deteriorates, lost loves return, many tears are shed and hearts are broken but despite the pain her life goes on. With the Help of her best friend Ashley Bennett, her strong will and unwavering fight, Jessica learns to believe In the impossible and to not let go of the things in life that mean the most to you.Complete

I could have killed you!" He says and starts to walk towards me. I take a big breath and step back away from him, "s-stop! Axel," I stutter still panting. It's then he notices the blood on my hands and shirt. "Is that blood?" He asks staring at my shirt and I take another step back. "Stop, stay b-back," I try to say confidently but I can't even breath right. Realizing he won't listen I start to turn around planning to make a break for it. "Don't run from me Blaze it won't go well," he growls reading my thoughts causing me to freeze in my spot. "Do not ever think you can get away from me."Complete
