Steve seems to be the only one besides Will that's not coping with the effects of the Upside Down, and he didn't think he went through half the shit everybody else did. He feels like he's being watched, all the time, and the paranoia has gotten so bad he hasn't slept more than four hours in who knows how long. Throwing in monsters, creepy lab doctors, and Billy Hargrove into the mix isn't the best anecdote.
