A Ghostly Gang Short Story Collection
Collection of Short Stories that I wrote that involves my original characters from The Ghostly Gang, which is my original creation and character. The picture on the top of this is my art and is of the twins. The story 'The Forgotten Park'-came about from catching the bus to work one morning in the middle of winter just before the sun came up and the mists were rising from the ground and the bus went past one of those parks that every suburb or city seems to have but generally lay forgotten. The others are just random short stories I've written about the Gang. I'll mark this is as complete for now as I haven't written a lot more short stories (mainly some longer ones) about the gang in recent years. "l'll tell you a secret" I said to my friend almost whispering, she leaned closer then looked at me interested. I sighed heavily before speaking. "I see dead people" I said truthfully but she just laughed out loud in return. "You're Crazy" she said tapping my forehead. "Am I?" I asked myself. I'm saying the truth, last time I remember I was drag racing and when I woke up I see dead people. Including the most beautiful girl, no I mean ghost and She's hugging me from my back while laughing as well. It's supposed to be freaking scary but how come I am enjoying it? If you go down to the woods today... Well, in this town, you probably won't come back. Unexplained deaths and disappearances are normal around here. In Haltonshaw Grove, we tell these real life horror stories to our kids like bedtime tales. They help us learn from a young age to stay out of the forest after dark. But one halloween, we didn't listen- Me and four boys. We broke the rules and we paid the price. We barely made it out alive and now we live with the trauma, the nightmares, the memories. Seven years later, the events of that night, like most things tend to do around here, have come back to haunt us. We never talked about the night we ran in the forest, never spoke afterwards at all really, but now we're going to need each other if we're going to survive what's coming. Me and those boys I've loved all along. - - ‐ - - - - - - - - - - - - - Our town is haunted. The five of us are cursed. And Halloween is just around the corner... Let's see who makes it to November 1st.
