This story takes place in an alternate reality where a small percentage of children manifest superhuman abilities upon reaching puberty.
About a first year high school girl named Shekinah Santiago who has the ability to read minds. Growing up she has a horrible life but things turn around when she makes friends who accept her ability. Shes been using this skill for years to gain the highest grades, which allowed her to enter a prestigious high school.
When the enigmatic John Cyrus catches Shekinah using his power, she coerces her to transfer to Claud Academy, a school for students with supernatural abilities. The student council of the school, led by John Cyprus, is tasked with secretly tracking down adolescents who abuse their powers. Shekinah is forced to join the student council and together, they face formidable challenges.
