Leaving the rest of the world to all the different races of monsters. Now in the present day the humans live in poverty and have the monsters ruling over them but our main character, Anise is going to change the rules using seduction, power, talent, and other means to get what she needs to move up in the world. By becoming a prodigy she is transferred to an all monster high school/college and is the first human to ever attend the school. Hoping she can gain power and knowledge through her school and her peers, she will try her hardest, but will it be enough?

"WHY CAN'T YOU GET IT INSIDE YOUR HEAD?" He trapped my trembling body between his arms and slammed his fist into the wall. I flinch at the sound as I feel tears forming in my eyes. His hand grips onto my jaw, his thumb playing across my lower lip. He turns my face to meet his as I lower my gaze to the floor. Between 2004 and 2008 I wrote a series of "Tips for Writers" for Nocturnal Ooze magazine vaguely about what would happen in real life if you did the things they do in movies but mostly about the gross out. I've always loved them and so have taken them out of mothballs for a new audience here on wattpad. They're all here except for #13 which seems to have vanished. I've also left them mostly intact except for a few very dated references that have been updated.
