Living as a scavenger in a post-apocalyptic world, Jones stumbles upon what may be the key to restoring life back to Earth. Excited by this discovery, he is eager to return with this newfound information, after his scavenge is complete. Continuing his scavenging, Jones discovered a small fortune's worth of goods. He must decide what is more important to him.
Author's Note: I'm very happy with how well it worked out fitting all the trivialities of futuristic writing into a short story, please enjoy.
