This is a short story. I know enough times that I give up too easily on long stories, but when I am ready I will do a long story. This is a person taking a walk in Silverdale Woods, a forest he knows well. It is snowing and he is pondering over the scenery. Please comment on mistakes and how it was, I am too harsh with my own criticism.

As the trees and its land slowly burn down by he deadly purple acid, a man that was watching from afar shivered at this sight. This has been going on for ages, and the creature hasn't been stopped. If they didn't stop the thing on time, everything they knew, everything they have ever known. Every building ever created, every world that has been generated, would be gone. The man looked towards his companion, or was he, his companion? His friend has been acting a bit strange, acting anything but not himself. The man took a deep breath and sighed. He looked towards the man with a stern face, gripping onto his iron sword. "Are you sure, you aren't, It?" His friend looked back at him, and chuckled coldly in response. "You know me, buddy, I wouldn't let It get to me." On the next day, the man's friend was gone.
