After losing her mother at the age of five, Neiellie and her Nanny Annette often day-dreamed of such a place, where the people you lost are there waiting for you to find them. As if an answer to her prayers, on one faithful night after her father announces his engagement to a young french woman, two strange men step from the trees and offer Neiellie a never-ending trip to a land called Giocia Terra, where the young girl can have whatever her heart desires. Without hesitation, Neiellie accepts and is led through the woods to the land she's always dreamt of.
