Haily is a 21 year-old government agent and she is assigned to go undercover. She gets a new name, house, and everything else. She has to be a part of Justin Bieber's life. Justin receives death threats from a stranger and Haily has to protect him without him knowing. Scooter and Pattie is the only one who knows about Haily being a agent. Justin starts to grow feelings for Haily, but how does Justin takes it when he finds out that she is undercover? How does Justin takes it when she is threatened too?
