"As he steps on to the carpet is squishes as it's drenches in the liquid. He looks down at his shoes and sees the red liquid rising from the carpet as he pushes pressure into the floor. Marcus feel's disgusted and confused as he walks down the red stained hallway. He looks up and sees the attic door stained in red. Blood drips from the cracks. Marcus places his hand on the light switch on the wall next to him. From the cracks of the attic door, a dim light shines. He reluctantly grabs the string to pull down the door. As he pulls the string his heart thumbs louder in his chest. As the stairs come down blood slowly drips down along with the steps."
