"Huh?" I said, even though I knew perfectly well who said it.
"You're staring at me." The voice repeated, and I saw Y/N looking at me with a smirk playing on her lips.
"I know," I replied. "But it's just apart of my daily routine. I can't go without it."
She snorted in reply. "You're so cheesy."
I laughed with her. She always seemed to like my corny little jokes, and that was another thing I admired about her.
But at that moment, when we were both laughing, I was thinking to myself:
