Betty Cooper had one last summer before she left for college. One last summer before Yale, and one last summer stuck in the awful town of Riverdale. She's never had a boyfriend, and according to her best friends, Veronica Lodge, Kevin Keller, and Cheryl Blossom, she's never lived. So, her friends give her a challenge. Make a summer bucket list of everything she wants to do, and after she lives, she can go be a perfect student again at Yale. Seems easy enough. But when old feelings start to get in the way of her plans, will she complete all the items on her list, and finally live? I do not own any of the characters. The characters and the show Riverdale all belong to the CW. The plot, however, is mine. Idk if I'll ever finish this story, since I am super unmotivated and I did plan for it to be pretty long. But eventually, I do hope to finish it, so don't give up on me yet.

Ya'll know the drill. ~preview~ I heard the faintest sound of feet stepping against the wooden dock, but I wasn't afraid. Instead I inhaled a deep breath and leaned back on my hands. The person sat down beside me. Their presence wasn't awkward nor comforting. It was just there. Like I was. I knew who it was. He was often here when I came. We'd gotten used to each other just being there. I found out his name was Jughead Jones and he comes here not for bad dreams-usually-but for issues back home. "Let me guess. You had a dream about being with your crush and woke up sweating to the horrible truth?" He said softly. I found his demeanor oddly soothing. "Actually, I came here for some self-reflection." I replied just as softly as him. He seemed to know what I meant. "Sometimes..." I continued, "I feel so lost its like trying to find stars during the day. One moment everything feels so right and the next its all so utterly wrong I find myself rethinking everything and I just need to be alone."

The only thing that's worth living now is to take revenge on Hal cooper by doing that he has to get close to his daughter and take back everything that belongs to him, his wealth. By doing so he has to make sure Betty his daughter fall in with him so he will able to manipulate her. What happens when he starts to develop feelings for her? Will he be able to escape the life of his living in poverty with his sister? All along FP wasn't died but held captive by Hal Cooper as his slaves. Will Jughead stop Hal?

Betty starts to loose control when she starts to have wild dreams. She realises the person causing these dreams is the only other person on the school paper. He sits with her and her friends at lunch and always hangs around them too. She begins to feel strange around him obviously because of the dreams she could barely look him in the eye. He starts to notice how much she distance herself for him and will try to figure out what is wrong. He tries but she won't budge he can't figure it out until she accidently leaves a book labeled diary at his trailer and then things start to change. Will it for better or for worse?

Not Barchie or Jeronica or anything, Bughead conquers all. Choni's cool too though. This is a Riverdale fanfic focusing on Betty Cooper in the future. The storyline and some characters are mine and the other characters are from Riverdale also I'm going to say this now this is not a bughead fanfic, I like bughead but there's not ships in this story. It was the day after graduation and Jughead was taking me out on a date to the movies but I didn't feel to good, I wasn't sure if I was sick or if I just didn't want to see Jughead after yesterday. I was invited to a party after graduation which I'm guessing Jug was invited to as well, we were going to go together...
