Everything was going so well for Yuri Sasaki, she's in her 2nd year at Ouran Academy as an honor student with a scholarship in the Performing Arts and Academics, slowly getting over her awkwardness, and is even leader of the school's only A Cappella group. Everything was going so great! ...that is until she found out she had no bass. Damn it! And everything was going so good!
Yuri searches everywhere for a suitable man for the part... or woman, at this point she wouldn't even complain if they were a total ass. But no, NO ONE was interested in the part.
What happens when she finds the perfect man for the job? Will he be in another club? Will he even be interested? As if Yuri even cared if they wanted the spot, they needed someone to fill the position asap. And that's how our poor Yuri found herself begging Mori to join her club.

Jun Takahashi comes from a small family that people at Ouran would consider 'poor'. Neighbors agree, friends agree, her father agrees, grandparents agree and heck, even the pets could agree at this point. Deciding to prove them all wrong - she takes charge. Doing it the lady way, the unisex name changes from Jun, a female to Jun, a male. Dressing up as a boy and getting into Ouran. It wasn't all that hard, until she bumped into the host club. Accidentally breaking a statue that was on display in the music room, her families debt gets deeper. Yet again, she takes charge and does it the lady way, agreeing to become a host to get her and her family out of this debt, and show her brother that she can do this too. The thing is, she came in as a boy and that's what they'll know her as until the day comes when they all find out. No matter what, she'll continue to do it the lady way.
