As the rapping trio "BTS" hits the stage in the underground nightclub Twisted, the lives of three special agents and three mafia members are suddenly entwined and violently twisted.

Min Yoongi, Kim Namjoon and Jung Hoseok are all special agents under Bighit Intelligence, lead by "Hitman" Bang Shihyuk. They are sent on a mission as undercover rappers to infiltrate the mafia group The Red Fang through their three members Park Jimin, Kim Seokjin and Kin Taehyung.
Each agent is assigned one member, and are told to do whatever they have to in order to access information about the group's whereabouts and future plans.
It turns out to become harder than expected...
