Orphan and lonely in a world full of people. Marcel lives although all she really wants is to be dead. After the death of her parents, she was taken in by a family that wasn't perfect despite their attempts to be perfect. Marcel struggles to find a reason to live and survive in a world that seems so cruel and unwelcoming. Her diary entries reveal the life of a dead soul within a living body.
