Minato and Kushina are alive. They fought the nine tailed fox and Hiruzen sealed the fox into their quadruplets. Naruko has three tails sealed inside her and has the Uzumaki chains. Jiraiya has three tails and has swift style. Mito has three tails and was born with four out of five chakra natures. But, what about Naruto? Well, Kushina and Minato did not find anything special about him. But in reality, he was the greatest of the four.
Naruto was born with the soul of the nine tail fox and he was abused for it. He is a child prodigy reaching genin at age 6. With Kurama's soul inside him, the chakras of a Namikaze, an Uzumaki, and an Otsutsuki combined. This caused him to be born with seals on his hands that can't be removed. These seals were the seals to his own personal dimension that he could open at will. He has the Uzumaki Chains and all chakra natures.
But with the beatings from the village, how long can Naruto last.

He celebrated by himself but the villagers saw him and they beat him up, in the beating someone stabbed his left eye making him blind on the left side. Kushina Osumaki died with the nine tails being removed, but Minato lives along with Naruto. On Naruto's fifth birthday he was in a terrible accident which caused hi to lose his voice.
