Well, Kushina and Minato did not find anything special about him. But in reality, he was the greatest of the four.

Naruto was born with the soul of the nine tail fox and he was abused for it. He is a child prodigy reaching genin at age 6.  With Kurama's soul inside him, the chakras of a Namikaze, an Uzumaki, and an Otsutsuki combined. This caused him to be born with seals on his hands that can't be removed. These seals were the seals to his own personal dimension that he could open at will. He has the Uzumaki Chains and all chakra natures.
