Either you are born with it or you are built into be it. Nothing else can happen. The only part of this world left untouched is hidden within the walls surrounding us, but how long for? This great city is producing fighters. Projects, as they are called. The city has produced them for 40 years. Project 4930 is part of the uprising army, new wars are coming and new soldiers are needed. Each 'project' child must earn their keep, or be sent to fight alone against the mystery hidden hidden outside the walls. If you refuse, you're punished. If you break a rule, you are punished... What happens when a full dorm begins to question the motives and the security inside the compound.
