In a world where magical creatures and humans intermix, there are two types of magic and two types of people. Dark magic and light magic. Good people and evil people. Our main character is going to learn that your powers do not define who you are as a person. Arion Griffin lives in a society where people with light magic are 'good' and people with dark magic are 'bad'. He comes from a long line of dark magic. Unfortunately, this causes many problems for his social life since his family's reputation precedes him and makes it so no one will talk with him. He is worried it will make his greatest fear come true. He is terrified he is on the path to becoming evil like his parents. Then, one day at school he gets an invitation from Cassiopeia's School for the Gifted. Sure he's heard of it, but only in rumors. The school is just for magical creatures to learn more about themselves and their history. It was made over three hundred years ago and still run by a fairy named Cassiopea and her daughter Cassia. Arion is excited to go because his parents refuse to teach him anything about other magical creatures other than dark magic. They believe it is irrelevant for him to know because they think he will take over the world one day. And why should a leader know anything about his subjects? Arion convinces his parents that if he goes to the school he can do recon on the other magical people so he can learn about them and make it easier for him to take over. With no friends, no siblings, and a very negative outlook on life, he heads to Cassiopeia's School for the Gifted. He makes friends and learns that just because he has dark magic, doesn't mean he is evil. *Idk if this is actually a good story but I had a lot of fun writing it! :) *This story has been editedComplete

Let thy fingers hold the fragile line between dream and nightmare. Let thy light navigate the path. Shall thee give in and falter, O' land of old, envelop his body in thy unending flame of chaos. Spit out nothing but an empty husk, the remnants of a smile once so bright. Shall thee prevail, O', Great Kazdel, I ask of you, the impossible - take mercy on the innocent. It's a little story "about a young, dumb sankta who's been dealt a bad hand at life, looking for his place in all this mess. The pointless search for a better future leads him far, far away from home, to a country forever ravaged by war and misery - Kazdel, the promised land where devils roam free and peace feels out of place." "Nothing has value. Everything is useful." Dear reader, have you ever heard of the Transforming Hero genre? You know the one- average guy (either a cinnamon roll or absolute filth) gets a transformation device, shouts something cool, and BAM! He's kicking evil's ass while surrounded by explosions and collectible power-ups designed to milk your wallet! Yeah. That genre. So imagine my excitement when I, an unapologetic tokusatsu nerd, get flattened by the infamous Truck-kun and wake up in a fantasy world full of magic and not urban fantasy... Also, I reincarnated as an elf girl with a monstrous mana pool and long-ass lifespan... PERFECT! Because my wish wasn't to be the hero. No no no. My dream is to be the crazy scientist behind the hero. The one making the flashy transformation belts, overpowered weapons, and seasonal collectible gadgets that make kids scream and parents cry. And thanks to my elf perks, I can finally build all that! One catch though... I need high-quality materials. Like "boss-tier monster drops" level. So I join the Hero's Party to harvest rare loot. unfortunately the so-called "hero" is a walking red flag. Super OP? Yes. Handsome? Sure. Morally bankrupt manipulator who brainwashed an entire harem using his Cheat? Absolutely. Luckily, I'm immune- probably because I died bricked up over transforming gadgets and people in suits rather than the people... and not because a certain title. There this one poor sap who is just the luggage carrier now. (He's carrying my stuff too- heaviest bag, no regrets.) Apperently he stayed to watch over his childhood friend? GHAHAHAAHA. HOW AMUSING! So I made a choice. That guy? He's getting my first transformation belt. And he's going to use it to wipe that smug, sparkly grin off Mr. Blessed's face.
Serenus - Sarcastic Newcomer Edition
So, here we are, all of us, lost in this mystical realm with zero memory of where we came from. It's like we all took the world's worst vacation, and now nobody can find their way back home. And guess what we have to guide us? A poem. Because why bother with maps or instructions when you can have cryptic, poetic nonsense? It's almost like Serenus wants us to play a twisted game of "figure it out before you die." Now, the world itself is a total trip. It's a magical land where anything is possible, except, apparently, for things making sense. But don't let the pretty flowers and magical buffets fool you-something's not quite right in this enchanted Eden. You've got all these resources lying around just begging to be used for peace, justice, and all those other warm, fuzzy ideals. It's like someone set up the perfect civilization starter kit, but forgot to mention that some of these folks are dead set on turning this dreamland into their own personal dystopia. And with their magical abilities, they're like toddlers wielding chainsaws-adorably dangerous, but mostly just dangerous. Meanwhile, me and my merry band of misfit friends are stuck trying to save this world from self-destruction. Because apparently, we're the only ones who read the brochure about this place being a "civilized society based on values." And while we're at it, I'm also on a little side quest to answer the age-old question: Who am I? It's not like I have bigger things to worry about, like, I don't know, preventing magical Armageddon or anything. With a charming mix of wit, sarcasm, and a healthy dose of "what-the-heck-is-going-on," the story of Serenus follows our nameless protagonist as they unravel the mysteries of this strange land, all while trying to avoid becoming dino-chow or the latest victim of a magical mishap. It's a tale of self-discovery, magical frisking, and just trying to survive another day in this oh-so-serene-and completely crazy-world.Complete
