Nicole does everything she can to protect the ones she loves, but no matter how hard she tries she continues to run into problems. You'd think moving 916.3 miles from home would guaranty her and her family's safety, but that's not the case. Nicole does her best to keep up with a baby, seven year old, and a mentally unstable brother-in-law, but a sixteen-year-old can only do so much for so long. She moves to Iowa, far from her home in Texas to try and get rid of all her problems, only she comes into bigger ones. She's forced into working with a Beta, one that is, of course, her mate, but because of something that's happened to her, she doesn't know it. He, on the other hand, knows it but doesn't want it to happen because of his own issues. They will try and fight their battles, maybe even together in some, but you can only win so many.
This is a werewolf book, but you don't need to know anything about them to understand. Thanks!

They have their ups and downs but nothing is compared to what they have in stored, the new roller coaster they must ride to have a happily ever after, if you can call it that. I know the book starts slow, that's how I wanted it to be, to build to the exciting parts. It may be a drag, I know but it'll be worth it when the book speeds up with the roller coaster that Harmony has to ride, so to speak. Give it time and it'll spike your interest.
