"You have no right to be angry at me." There we both were, outside of the party, where no one was to be found. We were at least 10 feet away from each other.
"I'm not angry at you." He responded, with his hoodie on and his hands in his pockets. "How about you get back inside, you're drunk."
"How about no, can't you see I'm a bit busy lecturing you. You just don't know how to accept disappointment! You want everything to go perfectly for you!" I told him, probably looking like an idiot being drunk and shivering in the cold.
"Okay. Now go back in-"
"You're just a self-centered, rude, egotistic pig!" I yelled, pointing and looking straight into his eyes.
"Is that all?" he asked, looking straight back at me. "Look, you're really drunk and you probably have no idea what you're saying right now, nor will you remember this tomorrow."
"No, I'm not done. I may not know what the hell I'm saying, but I sure do know what I'm about to do, and I'll definitely remember this tomorrow. I think."
We both stand there for a good minute. I start walking up to him, and once I reach him, I grab his face with my hands and place my lips on his.
