Royalty Alexis Gilbert ( Swan ) is the twin sister of Elena Gilbert and older sister to Jeremy Gilbert .
Best friends to Bonnie Bennett and Isabella ( Bella ) Marie Swan . She finds out that vampires and werewolves are real. She goes through up's and down's with people she loves and cares for . She has been best friends with Bella Swan since she could remember and they pretty much shared the same crib when the Gilbert's would visit their good family friends the swans . Royalty and Bella did everything together when they would visit each other . They got along very well and looked very similar when they were together to the point were people thought they were twins. Elena on the other hand did not get along with Bella very much she grew up thinking Bella was trying to take her twin sister away from her .
