Head in his hands he sits. Silent tears rolling down his cheeks, one after the other, like pearls falling from a broken necklace. In front of him, lies the body of his little sister in mangled bloodied flesh. He wonders what it was that she had done wrong. He looks at her and reaches out to remove a loose curl covering her angelic face.
She sits against the wall, legs to her chest and stares at the bodies around her. All she sees is flesh and blood. All she hears is screams and wails. And in that time she felt all hope draining out of her.
This is a short story of two young adults trying to live their life, trying to be humans in two countries that are homes to rivers of blood, streets of flesh and skies of explosion and dust. They are surrounded by screams, cries and sufferings as they take on each day with fear in Ghaza [Palestine] and Halab [Syria].

It confused him because Lailah was a stranger but it broke him to see her emotionally unstable. She won't allow him close to her and he knows that the only solution to getting close to her is marriage. He hears that she has to return to Yemen making the proposal and marriage rushed. All he wanted to do was help remove her pain and anger. *** Will their story be successful? It is filled with twists and turns, happiness and sadness. A story about love, war and peace. Losing her voice wasn't the real suffering she had to go through. Not only does she not remember the accident but the society views her as a burden, fragile and pitied woman. Being the prisoner of her chaotic and negative thoughts, the only peace she gets is when she talks to her Creator. In the midst of doubts that surround her, she pours her heart our to her Lord and puts her trust in Him to get the best she deserves. 𝐅𝐚𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐧 𝐌𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐤 is respectful, intelligent, devoted to his Deen and a well-known billionaire. He has spent his life studying and building the career he has now. His disability to not recognize his emotions labels him as a cold-hearted man. Aside from his work, his Deen and family are his only main priorities. Due to a sudden change in his childhood, unanswered questions force him to chase the truth. Trusting his Lord, he continues to find out about the truth hoping to find closure and continue his peaceful life. A mutual event brings two souls together and their journey begins. As much as they try to neglect their feelings, their story has already been written. So when they are sure or unsure about certain situations, they turn to their Lord for His Guidance with a mutual goal. Xalune - Echoes from the past
In a dystopian world, where the strongest prevails, having peace is a luxury. Especially when someone from the past is out to destroy everything we have built up over the past 15 years. And with Christmas approaching, our group get to face ten hellish days. Preview: In his fury, the chains have rubbed his wrists and neck raw, despite me trying to calm him down. He suddenly calms down when the screams in the cell next to us switch to the sound of bones breaking. Now he sits with foam on his lips and his eyes wide, looking that way. After ten minutes, the sounds of the boys in our cell have died down, and we all look at the wall that separates us from the crackling of the breaking bones. And then suddenly all is quiet. After a few silent minutes, our cell door opens slowly. From the ball of light from the ceiling, the little girl in the doorway is illuminated. She is completely covered in blood and doesn't move. Then she opens her eyes and carefully walks towards us. And despite everything, my first impulse is to crawl backwards, away from the unnatural calm radiating from her. ------------- After reading yet another great older brothers/younger sister story, where the family gets reunited after years of separation, the sister keeps the secret that she was abused and assaulted all along, and the brothers conceal their work in the mafia, I decided to give it also a try. The output of my story was initially to turn this around with openness and unconditional support and the torture should happen right in front of their very eyes. Because no story is complete without the (un)necessary bloodshed, action, humour and, of course, a bad guy. And who knows, to throw everything completely upside down, the main character may not survive. I won't write warnings above each chapter, because most of them contain violence, blood, torture, etc. Constructive criticism is welcome. Ow, and English is not my first, second or third language. So if I mess up somewhere, let me know!
AS LONG AS THE LEMON TREE GROWS
Salama Kassab was a pharmacy student when the cries or reedom broke out in Syria. She still had her parents and her big brother; she still had her home. She was even supposed to be meeting a boy to talk about marriage. Now Salama volunteers at a hospital in Homs, helping the wounded who flood through the doors. She knows that she should be thinking about leaving, but who will help the people o her beloved country i she doesn't? With her heart so conflicted, her mind has conjured a vision to spur her to action. His name is Khaw , and he haunts her nights with hallucinations o everything she has lost. But even with Khaw pressing her to leave, when she crosses paths with Kenan, the boy she was supposed to meet on that ate ul day, she starts to doubt her resolve in leaving home at all. Soon, Salama must learn to see the events around her or what they truly are-not a war, but a revolution-and decide how she, too, will cry or Syria's reedom.

She sobbed quietly, her sister's betrayal hurting more than Halima's beating. Today, she had to find out that her sister had no heart. "Take this," the mysterious man passed her an ice pack. "Use it on the swelling." She took it from him. "Thanks." The man studied her. She looked so young. What was a young lady like her doing in a hotel while her mates were in school? The man wondered. Women of today have no shame at all. "What were you thinking?" he asked. "Excuse me?" she asked, cocking a brow. "What were you thinking when you followed that man to the hotel? Don't you have any shame?" "Stop it. Stop talking as if you know the whole truth. You don't even know half of the story, but you're already judging," she said. He cackled. "Oh, really? What I witnessed is enough for me. You sell your body for money. It's as simple as that." "Shut up!" "The truth hurts, right? Next time, you should think before repeating the same mistake." "Please shut up!! Please," she broke into tears. It hurts a lot. Now she's the prostitute. People will laugh at her if they come to watch the videos some people took. "Okay," he raised his hands up in surrender. "I want to go home," she stood up. "I can send my driver to drop you if you want." "No, thank you. Wouldn't want part two to repeat itself," she said sarcastically. "Thanks for the ice, anyway." A story about two sisters fighting for their rights. A secret they've sworn to keep from the world. One of these sisters has to take the blame for the other sister's wrongdoing, and there's no way this innocent sister can speak the truth. No one would believe her, except one man.Complete
